Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation
Evaluation is objective based and assesses scholastic
and non-scholastic areas.
Evaluation is an integral part of the teaching learning
process and evaluation results are used as feedback to improve the process of learning.
Evaluation is continuous and comprehensive.
The academic year (April to subsequent March) is divided
into two terms.
Performance during the academic session is evaluated
through class performance, home assignments, projects, worksheets and evaluative
tests.
Non-scholastic areas are evaluated objectively and assigned
grades in each term.
Project activities (Individual, group and class,) assignments
and surveys are “learning by doing experiences” and are spread over the entire term.
A schedule for projects is prepared at the beginning of the term. A common education
criteria for projects has been developed.
